It has been quite a month – we enjoyed the 1st half in London with our favourite walks, museums and of course, food; then mid-month, hopping on a plane back to Singapore, where we spent the remainder of the month reacclimatising ourselves to the warm weather under the hazy spell of jet lag.
I have managed to get in some decent running, and on account of being home & awake quite a bit, a fair bit of tinkering in the kitchen.
It feels like I am finally emerging from a dreamy sleep.
Thank you, Su, for hosting The Changing Seasons.

It’s always nice to return home from a holiday. You would have thawed out indeed Ju-Lyn. 😉

Wow. If that delicious-looking food is “tinkering” — you are a culinary master mechanic!!

Hee hee! Not at all, Su! I just like to eat, and I am quite determined to recreate things I cannot get easily.
