Sunrise or sunset? Â Which do you think this is? Â I am sure that if I caption it one or the other, I could persuade you to believe me. Â It is all in how I frame it for you, yes? Â I am beginning to appreciate the phenomenon of seeing the glass half empty or half full, depending on one’s frame of mind.

Guess who I met at the Singapore Botanic Gardens?
I don’t always exercise in the morning as I sometime have driving commitments. When I do, I like to get out at dawn; I love the magnificence of the sunrise, the quiet of that time of day, and the drowsiness which curbs negative self-talk (read: too sleepy to mull over reasons why I shouldn’t hit the pavement). And the sun rises
It was raining most of yesterday; not terribly surprising for London, but it was the heaviest winter rain I’ve ever experienced in my various London visits.
