5 Minutes with a Railway Remnant

Angle1

Found myself along the Bukit Timah Hill portion of The Green Corridor this morning. I have run past these railway track remnants many times before, but looking at them from a different angle gave me pause for a smile. Thank you, Debbie, for hosting this One Word Sunday Challenge.

I am also entering these photos for DelseyJane’s RegularRandom event? If you want to join, here’s how:

  • choose a subject or a scene
  • spend five minutes photographing it – no more!
  • try to not interfere with the subject, instead see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light that’s hitting it
  • have fun!
  • tag your post #regularrandom and ping back to her post

As I ran through the muddy trails and the greenery, this song looped in my head. Hope you enjoy it.

  1. I love the symmetry of rail tracks. It’s funny how this little piece remains when everything else has been removed. I have an image of you in my head laying down trying to take this ground level photos 🙂 My favourite photo is the header with the peek-a-boo toes of your pink/orange running shoes 🙂

    1. They left pieces of track at various points of the corridor – there is more than 10km of trail so it’s fun to find bits and pieces left.

Hee hee! I didn’t have to put my head on the ground, but I did get down pretty low!

I’m glad you liked the peek at my shoes – they are fun!
