Next vegan baking project: chocolate chip cookies. Since I had a jar of ground flaxseed in the freezer just begging to be used, I decided to try yet another recipe from MyCaliforniaRoots.com.
We mixed up a batch, baked a tray & snarfed the lot (only 15 very small cookies!) between 6 people who happened to be around. Alright, I admit it, I had 5! I kept the rest of the dough in the fridge & baked another tray the next day: they tasted just as good and we snarfed them just as quickly (this time I only had 4).
Older Daughter agrees that these are the best chocolate chip cookies we’ve ever made!
